Is there a compelling argument for _not_ always using YJIT locally/in development?

I think most people aren't.

@nateberkopec If it’s not warm it can be slower than without? Probably not a reality for rails apps, though.

@nateberkopec I don’t use it in prod because of mem use on Heroku. I don’t use it in test because when I tried, the suite slowed down. I don’t use it in dev because I don’t use it in prod or test.
