Solidarity with Israel.
Solidarity with Israel.
@EU_Commission Given the extremely poor track record by the EU diplomacy when attempting to end conflicts, and having added fuel to the fire on several occasions, it is much better for the world if the European Commission keeps its mouth shut before taking a stand on complex matters
@EU_Commission I don't think so. No.
Just how much provocation did Beni need to manufacture with rabid Zionist settlers seizing Palestinian property in the West Bank and assaulting worshippers at the Al Asqa Mosque to distract Israeli’s from their loss of an independent justice system.
@EU_Commission the level of hate against Israel, a state that suffered a brutal terrorist attack sponsored by the Iranian regime, on the comments here is absolutely disgusting. There goes the theory that Mastodon is a more civilized social network, without hate speech... when the target is Jewish people it's as bad as X around here.
@Hy_Economy ISR are squatters in a land that was never theirs https://muratk5n.github.io/thirdwave/en/2020/06/10-myths-israel.html
@EU_Commission Solidarity with all the innocent victims from both sides, not with a state that oppresses and kills Palestinians. What a shameful toot.
@EU_Commission
@EU_Commission Taking clear sides in a murky conflict is never a good idea if you want to actually solve the issue peacefully. Moreover, it does beg the question what the EU would do to support this supposed solidarity.
Are the member states lining up to send their armaments to the middle east now, just as they were the last time the EU voiced strong solidarity, when a country was actually the victim of one sided aggression?
@EU_Commission both sides have been killing for years, why solidarity for only one side?
@EU_Commission absolutely no. Free Palestine.
@EU_Commission Both one side and the other have done damage to each other, so either you are with neither or you are with both at the same time.
That said, it makes sense for the European Union as a body to be with Israel because of the history of jews in Europe; palestinians also are much farther away for Europe (both their culture and their society).
@EU_Commission
En wat met de Palestijnen die door de Israëlieten werden verdreven van hun grond en water?
@EU_Commission GTFO!
@EU_Commission solidarity also to the families killed by Israeli bombings on Palestinians hospitals managed by MSF.
@EU_Commission aaand that's an unfollow for me bruh
@EU_Commission Shameful! Maybe speak up about Israel's atrocities towards Palestinians as well. They have all the power. Until the international community speaks out against the occupation, the violence continues
@EU_Commission
Io sto con gli ebrei
@EU_Commission I'd love to see the Palestinian flag there for the rest of the year and the upcoming years while the occupying force (Israel) constantly terrorizes the population of Palestine. Where is the solidarity then?
@EU_Commission NO! Israel have brought this on themselves. You can't oppress people and then get upset when the oppressed retaliate.
