@EU_Commission 👍 I wonder why the voice-over has an American accent though?

@EU_Commission

I see too much advertising from USA-owned social media corporates which seems to struggle with the idea that different countries have different laws.

Good luck getting straight answers from the septics.

@EU_Commission I would wonder what's wrong with my adblocker. Just ban all advertising on all media. It's a massive waste of resources and leads to people buying pointless junk they didn't need, which is an even bigger waste.

How about a deterring fine for every nazi post made on their terrorist platforms? Make sure the fine is tied to the income of the CEO so it’s fair, and make it an multiplied fine for every transgression so the deterrent isn’t ignored.

@EU_Commission I even get personalized e-mails (e.g. today from Finland) based on interaction in private communication channels. So, thank you for working on this topic!

You need to go further than that. Much further.
We need a Commission of Experts in various fields that will assess all products & services that come to market so EU citizens can get a balanced description instead of the lies & personal targeting of #advertising, which is all we currently have.
This would be very good for small, local producers of excellent products/services who cannot compete with the marketing/lobbying budgets of (US) megacorps.
