I've been mod at SocialHub but recently stepped down because I mostly found myself alone in advocacy, talking about vision / potential / opportunities, trying to increase diversity, better processes, etc. All without getting much interaction of those already well 'invested' in fedi apps and knowing if people want to go broader than technical chat.

Now I put out the question on the future of the community.
