While some Link-Shorteners are made for tracking (t.co by twitter) and some „long“ URLs (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Tracking&diff=1142045370&oldid=2252705&diffmode=source) do not track the user, there is neither a warranty that a long URL actually is not a forwarder or does not track the user, nor that a shortener actually tracks anything (https://w.wiki/6bGQ - this URL-Shortener-link is the same page as the first link example and does not track the user)
