@micahflee @deskJet95 @jcrabapple I'm sorry, I'm not seeing any difference to any given Mastodon app

@Gargron @micahflee @deskJet95 I've always personally felt that you have to be basically brain dead to come from Twitter and not understand Mastodon.
@Gargron @micahflee @deskJet95 @jcrabapple Do most Mastodon apps have the ability to summarize new followers, the way it's shown at the top of @micahflee 's screenshot? That's probably important to journalists and others who get lots of new followers all the time.
@Gargron @deskJet95 @jcrabapple actually one big difference shown in this screenshot that I think would be great is if Mastodon (the web app and various clients) could group together notifications better. So like, instead of 10 separate follow notifications, one notification saying 10 people followed you. Same with favs and boosts. It would reduce lots of clutter on the notifications page
@Gargron @micahflee @deskJet95 @jcrabapple so BlueSky is another Twitter, federated—but not compatible with the largest federated community out there—and presumably with ads (at some point)?
@Gargron @micahflee @deskJet95 @jcrabapple Really? The graphics of the app are looking much crisper than before. Richer background black (I use night mode), brighter whites, clearer pictures, etc. Looking better than Twitter’s app did, actually.
