@VictorVenema I think as soon as money comes into play things start to turn sour. Twitter is powered by marketers and algorithms trying to feed you content for their interests. The same happens with YouTube. The content creators who really put in a lot of work go under and are driven out by cheap digital influencers. Because of Mastodon's dezentral and open nature, I'm less worried here.
