@Alexbbrown ah, yes. In the emoji case for third party clients. Not yet but I have an open issue about it as part of a larger issue, it'll be in the next release

@darius OK I have a follow up question:

I think it's confusing to start a mention only post to a user who is not local they can't see it.

Is there a way to switch the behavior there so mention only posts are public by default even if the main default is local only?
