That does not exclude this consideration, tho; a fine of around 0,5% of their revenues in 2023 makes no dent and causes no pain, so, why comply in the future, right? @EU_Commission this would be a more sound decision if it wouldn’t focus on Spotify, a company that should not receive ANY help in its wrongdoings. Better take Qobuz as a guideline of sorts are necessary.
