Here's how I think we stop the US government from banning abortions, gender-affirming care, HRT, etc. Starting in Florida:

Fla. Stat. § 458.327, 1, a

This statute makes it a 3RD DEGREE FELONY to practice medicine without a license.

By saying that a medial procedure is unneeded, not advised, or inappropriate for a patient, the Florida state legislature and governor are practicing medicine without a license.

We need someone to sue, and to win.

Then we duplicate this in every State.
