I don't understand the guide? I read it several times. I'm fucked? First I got thrown off of Twitter an endless amount of times and now I happened by chance to sign onto the .lol when I joined Masterdon and it's being removed. It's an omen. Social media is bad for me.

The first maxim of an instance in Fediverse is "If you love somebody set them free". Many of them are not fully there yet - content is not yet portable ( export doesn't cut it).

@feditips Perhaps another thing to mention this that while your follower info come over to the new sever, you’ll have to re-follow them. At least that’s what happened when I moved servers.
