@darius to me the whole verification thing is only needed because there's a single namespace - if say, @tim_cook@apple.com is a thing, who needs verification if it's on apple's domain?

@libc what if I want to keep posting on my main account but I don't want my employer to control my social media? I like the linkbacks because they only require a brief validation of trust rather than complete ownership of the account by the validating entity
