@EU_Commission The problem is that the Belgium transition is hampered by people complaining about the new infrastructure. If somebody wants to build a windmill, there is always somebody filing a complaint, and that delays the permissions to build the mill. The irony is that the complaints are about environmental issues, like shaduws, noice, it spoils the view... Lately somebody said the mill would push poluted air to them, as if it's a ventilator.
