Someone has taken my FediFollows logo and combined it with the FediTips name to create a reddit group that is posting transphobic material.

This is nothing to do with me. I don't use reddit and never have done.

I'm part of the LGBTQIA+ community and totally condemn transphobia.

(Not going to link to the group obviously.)

These sleezeballs with the help of Elon whether he believes it or not is only going to get worse. I look for mastodon to take advantage of the type of service it is to spread democracy far and wide. Mastodon is not like twitter was to be taken over by supremacists etc. I explore those running this collective community to come together, promote and make it easier for others to understand. I like it can be political, gardening, arts etc. The masses if they understood more would too.

@feditips Horrible. I feel sorry that such a great logo is misused and very sorry for the person who created it, you. Maybe this makes you feeling a tiny little less bad about it: I would never ever have thought an account spreading hate would be you, even if your logo was misused for this.
