@feditips is there any plan to include ability to choose between home, local and federated timelines in the android app?

@feditips I just set this up, didn't work at first, but got it working after getting my host to add some whitelist rules in mod_security (incase anyone has issues). I could follow but the follow wasn't being accepted by my wp install.

My only issue now is that images don't come across, which means following from pixelfed doesn't work. Text posts fine to my mastodon profile. But no images.

@dansup do you plan to allow posting images outside of the square aspect ratio? I can see how to do this in the pixelfed app. Can do it in Pixeldroid. Until it's possible in pixelfed there's no point in me (and no doubt many others) using it. If there's a way to do it I'd love to know

@feditips enabled activitypub plug in my alt media blog, so people can follow it from the fediverse. There's another plug in, friends I think it's called, which basically turns the installation into an instance. I'm doing that on another domain.

I found my friendica and pixelfed accounts useful when indieweb.social went down for a short spell.
