They hire people who speak, and even new speakers from there benefit from peers who are experienced speakers. It’s like how Lebron’s kids have natural advantages. They probably are good picks, but I still want to see other perspectives and have those opportunities for a wider group

@noelrap @davetron5000 It looks weird because RSpec’s DSL obscures the ruby object model, which I suspect I have a better mental model of than most
