@Gargron personally not a fan of quote replies, being able to opt out of them sounds good in theory, but then if a user opts out they then run the risk of losing possible engagement on a toot, from someone who might only engage because of the quote reply function.

@EU_Commission Yeah that's great, but unfortunately until you lean on ALL manufacturers of washing machines to begin building affordable machines that can be repaired, rather than producing the welded tub units that can't - (Commonly found in a whole slew of sub €600 units) then this problem will persist.
You got all upset about USB-C on phones, but have dragged your feet for years on the plastic and electronic waste in cheaper non-economically or No-guarantee-to-be repairable washing machines.

@EU_Commission Yeah that's great, but unfortunately until you lean on ALL manufacturers of washing machines to begin building affordable machines that can be repaired, rather than producing the welded tub units that can't - (Commonly found in a whole slew of sub €600 units) then this problem will persist.
