@dansup What you really need to do is stop working on all the things at once, slow things down a bit and take a break. Then you can dedicate long blocks of time to working on each specific project. I’m talking weeks, not hours. Context switching like that is bad for your output.
You could start open sourcing so that people could help you with some of the work, too.
While we appreciate all that you do, you’re absolutely burning yourself out and it’s painful to watch. Rest up.
