@feditips @inventaire @technomancy Some of us need very basic help. If I can't figure out how to transfer to another instance because Nathan is shutting mastodon.lol down, I am doomed. I just ordered it, so perhaps there is hope.

@Gargron @mb My instance is shutting down because our admin felt personally aggrieved by mean toots (some were harsh).This fellow seems to be personally aggrieved you didn't respond to his angry email right away.Altho this inconveniences me (I'm not tech savvy) isn't this the beauty of the fedi?The fedi reforms around individual pique and survives.We will survive and flourish with or without the individual. I wish both admins would reconsider, but if not, oh well.Thankfully, we're not Twitter.
