@darius That makes sense. They seem complimentary, so I think work on making the UX more approachable can only hurt if it distracts from the human side, or makes it seem optional. Which probably has been the case, but it shouldn’t have to.

@darius @kendraserra @thatandromeda Funny - my sister and brother in law definitely craved Felipe's specifically when they visited from Hawaii over the summer - first place we all went in fact. Though I think that had as much to do with memories of the place as the food.

@darius Hmm. I’ve heard that but wonder if people feel the same way about them for private use, basically an instapaper/pocket model, which is how I use them. Basically I’m in skim mode when I browse the timeline, it doesn’t really work for me to slow down for a thread, so I like to save threads. Not sure if your Spooler tool supports read-later usage?

@darius Interesting - I thought I remembered my boss describing it as more like a weekend project, not like 20 minutes - and he’s much more technically advanced than I am. But I’ll give it a whirl!

@darius I suspect that for some people the whole process is just so cringey that they want to get it as far away from themselves as possible and not look back. And for other people, they’re just hella lazy and don’t give a shit.
