@Gargron Exciting to see new update. Thanks to all concerned. How does alt text show on the images? Perhaps I’ve misunderstood and it isn’t there yet. This is my favourite app and alt text would make it the only app that I’d need. At the moment I have to use MetaText for the alt text when I need it.

@Gargron if there were a chance of alt text being available for those with restricted vision plus those of us with ok vision who also appreciate the beauty and focus of many of those descriptions it would be a wonderful thing. #AltText

@feditips I like the official app as it gives me more microblog real estate on my phone. I think that’s a core feature of Mastodon, a sort of super fast email. I believe there’s a new version of the Mastodon app due shortly.
