@EU_Commission and maybe maybe : Work on transaction "costs" between Banks, this might even be a bigger life-line... - not talking about exchange rates.

As even within EU this still exists. It's allready in compréhensible one has to pay costs for every payement in BG, that is member of Union.

Imagine what a burden it is to Ukrain.
