@Gargron they aren't any different to replies and can be reported all the same. 🤷♂️
I'd like to not see ones of people I blocked.. Like at all. Twitter shows me what the QTer posts.. I don't even want that of I have the original poster blocked. 👍

@Gargron @atomicpoet Is there a way to make them grab from the nearest server to them geographically and spread them from the main instance outward? Then no one is taking too much of a hit at any given time.
Like how windows updates work.
Have each instance keep a cache for a certain period of time, removing entries after a week or so?
I won't pretend I understand how to set that up though.

@Gargron Meta has been hemorrhaging users for a few years now. Like Twitter it has tried to wall people off then suggesting they pay to promote themselves... and like Twitter... they are learning you don't have content creators when you force such things.
IMO, if they don't adapt they will stop existing.
Bots make up a lot of their interactions there now. Much like we see with Twitter.
