@dansup This is pretty big, and could really see an uptick in Pixelfed account creation.

I think it’s a happy medium that some people are looking for in regards to discovery while still maintain the autonomy of decentralized software.

Personally, I think if you see it through, it should be something Pixelfed instances opt-into.
