@darius could something like this be useful for the visually impaired, to allow screen readers to follow the narrative/conversation in a less disjointed way? I don’t have vision impairments but I do have “following the thread” impairments”, so this might help me!

@natematias @darius Developing and reviewing BCAs has been a core part of the last 15 years of my professional life. I agree with much of what Bergman writes here; here book “Thinking Like an Economist:…” was valuable but would perhaps have been better as a long-form essay (I feel that way about many books, I guess). All analysis has normative foundations; the best ones bring them out into the open in the discussion itself.

@darius I really like Return of the Obra Dinn but it’s hard for me to resurrect my place since I can only play at long intervals. Excited to look in to this!
