Coo-Ops's latest activity

@dansup I've got to know, do you have clones?
Seems like you're putting out amazing features on a weekly basis, each one would take me months to perfect.

@dansup A bit inspiring if you ask me. From my perspective, you churn out high-quality stuff in very little time at all.

@dansup @pixelfed I think Pixelfed -> Mastodon could be a genuine path for some to take. In any case, things operating by standards are great. So if you can make it Mastodon compatible I don't see why not.

That being said, I don't like that all the "old" stuff is on your old Mastodon server and you're starting fresh on a new server. I'd much rather content come with me too. So if that's a possibility I'd much prefer that.

@dansup I'd like a hub that has links to all my other fedi apps so people can find me across the -verse.

@dansup I like Pixelfed a lot and hope to use it more in the future.
One thing that's on my mind is - Mastodon instances are fairly transparent in what instances are de-federated and why. Something like that on Pixelfed would be beneficial in my opinion.
On this, I'd love a mind map style view of what hashtags are trending but preferably in app.

@EU_Commission do EV chargers next.

The standard should have been set from day 1. Tesla are already positioning themselves to be the apple of the EV world through charger licensing.

@dansup If commercial platforms are going to join the Fediverse they need to comply with Fediverse post archival and deletion rules.
Me? I'd probably opt for an instance that de-federates from Tumblr/Meta/Instagram. I'm not on those platforms for a reason and that is because they can't be trusted with my content and data, and that still stands.
We shouldn't accept being content farms for AI projects nor have our content archived for longer than our accounts retention period is set.
