Regarding attached picture, nobody should care how this app will look like. People should care only how secure it will be and if it will be implemented by professional team or by a group of underpaid students.

@EU_Commission It is a good idea, but I'm afraid it will lead to proliferation of proprietary battery form-factors which will reduce repairability of the phone – the same problem that we had with DC chargers before USB.

@EU_Commission I'm glad EU recognizes huge importance of those topics. Also right to repair should become a law in EU.

@feditips I'm using side panel in @Vivaldi with an official web client. Very convenient setup.

@EU_Commission The implementation of such critical piece of infrastructure must be #OpenSource, so it can be *trusted* by citizens by being transparent and provide security by being auditable by independent researchers. I hope #eu will make right decision here.

@feditips I think it depends on the target audience. Some people like to have more text (like in manuals), some people like the have less (only quick tips). I don't think you can satisfy both camps.
