@EU_Commission We already have Monero #xmr for that and it is not restricted to the EU or EEA, but anywhere in the world ;-)
Also, #xmr is battle tested and has resisted attacks from establishment institutions like yourself. It is less likely to suffer from bugs than centralized closed software built from ivory towers wasting tax payers money:

How can you threaten individuals and companies for supporting 7 instead of 11 languages when you are unable to support at least 2 of the #EU official languages? 🙄
