Excellent suggestion. I was just wondering what subdomain to use for a pixelfed instance. Any suggestions?

Agreed and here Photos etc. are already too vague because the main domain is hosting a photographer website, and other subdomains may be used for e.g. a more traditional gallery.
I'm thinking something more along the lines of Timeline, or Snapshots. Maybe Snaps?
