Is there anywhere that this is advertised?

I looked and couldn't find it, and I tried using the same path format as a couple of the biggest servers and it didn't work. Maybe that's just my ignorance though.

No. Essentially anyone can call themselves a university and offer degrees. (It's stupid, I know.)

However, serious universities will be accredited by one or more standards organizations.

Organizations that have been certified in this way will be listed on the Department of Education website: https://ope.ed.gov/dapip/#/home
