@feditips Already using it extensively, but too bad hashtags can't be added to lists (there is a lot to improve on list management anyway, this might come one day!)

@feditips it's implied in your wording, but to be very explicit about it: that means that one can see "pending approval" even for accounts without approval requirement, which is as counter intuitive as it sounds. It took me 24 hours to be able to follow my own pixelfed account from mastodon. The key is indeed just to wait.

@EU_Commission but wait there is more! Some languages are not EU official languages but are official languages inside the EU, such as Catalan, spoken by 9 million and understood by 11. More speakers than several of the EU official languages. Time we do something about it???

@EU_Commission what we need is to forbid the treatment of tracking data as a currency. Half the websites nowadays blackmail you into consenting to tracking or paying. Yes you can make a subscribers-only website, but no, forfeiting my right to privacy should not be a payment option.
If I go buy bread and the baker says "take off your clothes and this one is for free", that's not okay. This is similar.

@EU_Commission I filled the survey and submitted it but got errors about missing fields. I reviewed it all but all fields were good. In the 3rd attempt, some 5 to 10 extra questions appeared throughout the questionnaire, which were not there before. 🪲 And THAT is why we can't rely on tech solutions and replace physical documents which work fine. It should be an optional alternative but physical documents should be usable as backup in case of issues, always.
