I think Mastodon shouldn't have paid employees
It should have only volunteers
The site's expenditures should be paid for by donations only
(like Wikipedia)
It should concentrate on simplicity
(Like actually Twitter does)
Then it could grow to actually become a "humane" challenger to Musk's profit-oriented App
