@dansup @vernissage it's 1000 times better because my feed isn't full of stupid ads, sponsored posts, and it doesn't stalk me online. Instagram used to be my favorite social media app before Facebook ruined it. Pixelfed is great and I like that it's similar to pre Facebook Instagram.

@feditips if you're not looking for specific people, just people with similar interests, following hashtags is what I do. Click on a hashtag of a topic you like and click the little follow icon in the upper right. Then you'll see lots of posts and can meet people with similar interests.
