@feditips What about a fallback plan, an obligation to have a backup set of hardware at hand to take over in case of catastrophic failure of hardware or connectivity? This shouldn’t mean that costs are doubled - backup resources could be shared among a number of instances.

@feditips Crazy idea: make co-administrator mandatory; failing that, make arrangements for a fallback instance mandatory.
