@feditips Can I just throw it out here that text descriptions for images is critical (aka ALT text), but the inability for anyone not using a screen reader to read those descriptions is a killer. I put a lot of useful info in descriptions that don't need to be in a pithy toot, but noone can see them - at least they can't using mobile apps or mobile browsers. I just want to be able to tap/click on a button or hotspot to see that content.

@Mastodon Threads needs a *lot* of work. I have to say that I'm tired of newer social media platforms not natively supporting threads. Both threads and hashtags emerged from user demands (and their own workarounds), and both are extraordinarily useful for discovery and interaction.
