I love that animation, I have a full screen dedicated to the logs of 4 of my servers and I like looking traffic going full speed.

So, I came to the looking for decentralization, hoping not to see a "instance makes it all" situation as many of the examples that we came from.
My solution: make a selector on the registration page, so you can choose between a range of instances depending of location, interest or language.
I know people have issues making a decision but it's the price of decentralization.
